Yes. We strongly recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead, especially for colour services, bridal appointments, and weekends. Walk-ins are accepted when we have availability, but we can't guarantee a slot.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% service fee. For bridal packages, the deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the appointment.

We accept cash, bank transfer, and all major debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Bridal package deposits and full payments must be settled by bank transfer.

Yes. Complimentary parking is available in the building's car park on Elegance Boulevard. Let reception know you're parked when you arrive and we'll validate.

5–10 minutes is ideal. It gives you time to settle in, have a drink, and discuss any updates with your stylist before the clock starts.
